2018 Ornament
If you give a 2018 holiday ornament from the DC Metropolitan Police Memorial & Museum, your donation amount will go directly to helping us create a fitting memorial to the more than 120 officers who have given their lives while serving and protecting our city.
The current Police Memorial fountain, built in 1942, located in front of DC police headquarters on Indiana Ave is sadly dilapidated and an embarrassment to the very officers we want to remember and honor. An effort is underway to renovate the fountain and build a new Memorial Wall to honor these men and women and their families. You can help by purchasing a Memorial item or making a donation to receive a thank you item.
In addition to the 2018 ornament, we are happy to offer ornaments from 2014-2017, so be sure to order one of each to start a collection. There is also a challenge coin, polo shirt and other thank you gifts depending on your level of support.
