MPD End Of Watch: 06/06/1969
Officer Richard Giguere and Officer Alfred Jackson were both killed when the police helicopter piloted by Officer Giguere crashed.
Officer Giguere served with the Metropolitan Police Department for nine years. He had also served the US Air Force.
He was survived by his wife and three children.
